By accessing or using any part of the ce999 platform — including browsing the website, creating a Player Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with the ce999 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.
This Agreement supersedes any prior oral or written understandings or agreements between you and ce999 relating to the subject matter herein. ce999 reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ce999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence terminates immediately upon closure of your Player Account or breach of this Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ce999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other financial or non-financial loss.
ce999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your Player Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ce999 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical issues. Planned or unplanned maintenance, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond ce999's reasonable control may affect platform availability from time to time.
ce999 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering a Player Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ce999 Privacy Policy.
ce999 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party KYC, payment processing, and fraud prevention partners is shared solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with ce999's regulatory obligations.

Upon closure of a Player Account in good standing (i.e., not closed due to breach or prohibited activity), any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified PKR payment method. Bonus Balances and associated winnings are non-refundable upon account closure.

Amended Terms take effect 7 days after notification for existing players, or immediately for new registrations made after the effective date. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ce999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.
